Fairway Guest House is a well-positioned and spacious guest house overlooking the Beachwood Golf Course in Durban North.
The guest house offers lovely sea views, and its location offers access to city tourist attractions. Plush accommodation is provided in 12 stylish ensuite bedrooms (available in sea facing and non-sea facing), including a stunning honeymoon suite and cottage with garden views fit for a family of four. A delicious Continental and English breakfast can be enjoyed on the patio, along with beautiful views of the Indian Ocean, the Durban city skyline and the Beachwood Golf Course. The communal indoor living room leads onto a covered outdoor lounge and dining area alongside the swimming pool, while the extensive raised deck allows for beautiful views.
All suites and rooms offer a standard double bed with pure cotton linen, a private bathroom equipped with a shower, basin, toilet, hand towels, bath towels and other bathroom amenities. Each room also has an air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan, flat screen TV with hotel DSTV and satellite channels, bar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi (download limit), inside and outside seating areas including a desk area for those on business. Wi-Fi vouchers, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards are available upon request.
Fairway Guest House offers various additional facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A spacious outdoor pool, and a deck with plenty seating areas overlooking spectacular panoramic views of Beachwood Golf Course, the Indian Ocean coastline & Durban city line. Barbeque facilities and utensils are also available. Parking is provided at the right side of the front entrance and if you request a car wash, please let us know. Our inside area has a big lounge with a library for guests to read a book, the daily newspaper or simply play a game of chess for relaxation. A spacious conference room is available for business and comes in three styles of your choice, U-shape, cinema style and school class style. You might also find our brochure board filled with local information & activities for people from far and near.
Please note:
* No bookings accepted after 18:00.
* Occupation is available from 14:00 and the unit must be vacated by 10:00 on the date of departure (unless prior arrangements have been made with the management).
* Music and general noise must be muted from 22:00 in consideration of other guests and neighbours and in line with the local by-laws.
* No smoking allowed inside the rooms.
* I accept the rules and conditions of entry to your establishment and agree to pay the full balance in cash or EFT or credit card for the period booked on or before arrival. Should there be any breakages or damages, I agree to pay the replacement value of broken articles/property. Although care is taken to safe guard belongings, Fairway Guest House does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage thereto. I accept that non-arrival and/or failure to occupy for the full period reserved, or any portion thereof will not absolve me from payment for the full period reserved. Any cancellation or variation of this reservation form must be in writing, failing which the original terms will remain in full effect. You will forfeit 50% of the total amount if you cancel 14 days before arrival. Otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.
