* All check-ins are at the Hotel, from where the guest will be shown to the Cottage.
* Payment should be made at check-in if not already paid in full to RoomsForAfrica or paid by EFT. We do not have a card machine.
* For late arrivals, if youy find the entrance gate shut (for security), please phone the telephone number on the gate and then someone will be able to check you in and show you to your room.
