DSTV channels are only available at the main lodge. There is also a children playroom next to the communal lounge area.
The pools below the 100m waterfall are great for picnicking and swimming. The cliffs are also home to breeding colonies of endangered Bald Ibis. Most of our cottages have spectacular views of the mountains, pine forests and the valley below.
Our 10 cottages are fully equipped for self-catering. The cottages are all serviced daily.
Each unit features a private patio with braai facilities and a fireplace.
For an idyllic break from the city pollution, hustle and bustle - a must to re-charge your batteries.
The Kingfisher is fully licensed to sell Alcohol in the lodge. The river meandering through our property, feeds the well-stocked trout dams which offer excellent and exciting fishing for Rainbow, Golden and elusive Brown Trout.
The non-angler will take in the breath taking views whilst you enjoy our newly built swimming Pool, hiking, cycling, horse-riding, picnicking, bird-watching or just strolling through our gardens and grounds. Picture perfect scenery, your camera is a must.
