Umbabala Bush Camp is situated on a 200-hectare malaria-free private game farm, 40 kilometres from Rustenburg on the N4. Home to a large variety of wildlife and rare flora.
Enjoy early morning bush walks, and experience breath-taking sunsets from the lookout. Our bush walks are relaxed as your knowledgeable host will point out flora and animal tracks and provide interesting information on the Bushveld in general.
4 x 4 enthusiasts can try the obstacle course.
Game that can be seen include Kudu, Rooibok, Blesbok, Hartebeest, Mountain Reedbuck, Zebras and various other smaller animals.
The reserve is a birders paradise with over 60 species recorded. Be sure to hear the cry of the Fish Eagle.
Guests can enjoy a braai or making potjie at our open air lapa under the stars alongside the glowing embers of a real bush hearth. Bring all necessities as there is currently no supplies sold.
