Nestling in scenic and indigenous bush and waterfalls it has the combined comfort and natural surroundings to create a retreat of tranquillity in a malaria free area.
Experience nature in these open vehicles, guided tours in the surrounding forests alongside water cascades and waterfalls is an adventure not to be missed. These functional self-presented self-catering, thatched roof log cabins and rondawel, which sleeps one to four persons each and has a private braai area to retreat away from reality. Come and enjoy our hospitality while you relax and unwind with a sun downer on the wooden deck of your log cabin. Take time to enjoy the leisurely and peaceful ambience of poolside relaxation with splash pool for toddlers surrounded by the soothing sounds of the waterfall and the cacophony of bird-calls.
Bananien Lodge is a perfect base from which to explore all the major attractions of the Mpumalanga region. Please bring own towels as we do not supply towels, we will on request provide towels for guest that travel, and does not have towels with them.

Upper Level: Lounge, double bed, two 3/4 beds, bathroom with two showers in and a wooden deck on top. The guest house sleeps max 8 persons fully equipped kitchen, stove, microwave oven, large fridge Build in braai with braai utensils.

"Wow , what a lovely place not far from Sabie and water falls (Leon Creek ,Bridal vail, Horse shoe etc). I really enjoyed a weekend with my family, beautiful view , swimming pool, how can I not mention a nice braai area and the sound of water fall while sleeping during the night.
