"Interesting experience"

(South Africa) Antoinette

"We had a lovely stay with the most magnificent view over the Village and the Battlefield. Our tour guide had so much passion and respect for the history that took place there. We would highly recommend this venue."

"We stayed in the smaller unit. Apparently, they do not keep an ongoing inventory of the two separate kitchen units of the guest house, so that basic cooking utensils were not available when we arrived. We had to wait for somebody to open the other unit to pick what we needed (which would have resulted in missing items had there been other guests).

The fact that they do not mention a dining area for the smaller unit means, they do not even have a table and chairs in the bedroom or kitchen, so that we had to eat with the plates on our laps.

I found ZAR 820 overpriced for what it was."
