Blue Gum Country Estate, on the Klein Rivier near Stanford, offers a unique Overberg experience for those in search of rustic sophistication in a magnificent country setting.
The 12 rooms at Blue Gum Country Estate are all different, as you would expect in a private home. Some are more spacious, others more family-friendly, but they all have a warm domestic feeling with an emphasis on quality and comfort.
Several of the rooms have open fireplaces, which we are more than happy to light for you.
In-room Facilities include: fan, fireplace, kitchenette, mosquito nets, tea/coffee facilities, bath robes, electronic safe, private patio, electric blankets, bar fridge and ensuite bath and shower.
On site facilities include: tennis court, boule court, swimming pool, communal lounge & bar area with TV & full DStv, boma fire area, book library, games library, DVD library, bikes for general use, marked hiking trails, lawn croquet and a gourmet restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
