Karoo Life is situated in the historic Queen Street and walking distance to the wine cellars and restaurants. A lovely pool to cool off on hot days with a large garden to relax in. Some rooms have air-conditioners and fridges. There is a communal deck and braai area and meals can be provided on request.
Breakfast is served on the deck or in the garden or next to the swimming pool. Three garden cottages and two rooms in hen email house including a huge family room are available.
Offering an outdoor pool, barbecue and sun terrace, Karoo Life B&B is situated in Calitzdorp in the Western Cape Region. 48 km from Oudtshoorn. Free private parking is available onsite.
KarooLife is situated in Queen Street in Calitzdorp , the Port Wine Capital of South Africa which is situated in the Western Cape on the now famous Route 62 , the longest wine route in the world. It is also situated within one hour from the outstanding Cango Caves and the Garden Route.
Some units have a seating area to relax in after a busy day. You will find a kettle in the room. The rooms are equipped with a private bathroom. A flat-screen TV is available. We had a beautiful view of the mountains and some vineyards and enjoyed our peaceful surroundings. Breakfast was an absolute treat every morning! The owner John was so friendly and helpful. He even helped us with cash when the banks were offline in town. Everywhere we went, people treated us like royalty once they heard we stayed at "John's place". I would definitely recommend Karoo Life to anyone, whether its a family or couples getaway.
