A home away from home. Situated in the heart of the Dinokeng Game Reserve, Marulani Bush Lodge offers a unique bushveld experience, something quite out of the ordinary. We offer four fully equipped, self-catering, free standing chalets which is perfectly positioned and overlooking lush bush and watering hole, rendering you total privacy. Catering available on request.
In-Room facilities include: comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, cover patio with barbeque/fire pit, attached outside hot water shower, bathroom with shower and bath and attached hot water bush shower.
Establishment facilities include: inhouse restaurant, covered lapa, boma for special functions, walking trails, bird hide, splash pool and curio shop.
Rules: * Should you make provisional reservations, a deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation value will be required within 48 hours of reservation being made. Should you fail to make the necessary payment, your provisional reservations will automatically lapse.
* Should you opt to pay outstanding amounts via EFT or Direct Deposit, you will have 48 hours from the date on which you make the provisional reservations to pay the prescribed cost.
* Full pre-payment will be required at time of booking for reservations made within 14 days of arrival.
* A Reservation Confirmation Letter will e-mailed to you only after the required payment was received and reflects in our banking account. Please ensure that you provide the correct contact details when making your booking. A confirmed reservation may only be used by the guest making the booking.
* Should you wish for a family member or friend to use the reservation, then you must inform our office in writing accordingly.
* The Reservation Confirmation Letter must be presented at the resort when checking in, and only the person named on the confirmation letter (and their immediate party) will be entitled to take occupation.
* You may not misuse, sell, or in any other way seek commercial benefit from your reservation.
* You are solely responsible for all acts and omissions by those taking occupation with you, as well as any guests to whom you have issued a reservation confirmation letter.
* All reservations, whether local or international, confirm the right for you to use and to occupy the accommodation booked for the period and do not include any costs relating to travel and any food, transport, entertainment, activities or the like. The resort information that we publish is to the best of our knowledge and our belief correct and current.
* Services and amenities may be changed or also withdrawn at the sole discretion of resort management and consequently we cannot be held responsible should the information about the resort be incorrect at any time.
* You and your guests, are subject to all the rules of our resort, including but not limited to rules relating to maximum occupancy, abusive behaviour, additional fees, late arrival and early departure times and pets. Should you be refused occupation because of any breach of these rules, then you will have no claim against us for any cost you have incurred because of it. It is very important that you read the reservation confirmation letter and confirm the rules with the resort.
* In the event of the unit that appears on your confirmation letter not being available at the time of you checking in for any reason whatsoever, the resort will provide you with an alternative unit. If no alternative accommodation options are available, then we may either hold over your paid reservation costs as a credit on a future reservation, or we may refund you in full. In particular, should you refuse to take up or cut short an occupation because of the condition of or services, we will not be held responsible for any loss you may suffer as a result thereof.
* Any complaints about the condition or services at the resort should be reported in writing directly to the management of the resort. Your comments will assist us in monitoring our service and improvements for the benefit of all our guests. Any change to a confirmed reservation other than a guest name change will be deemed to be a cancelled reservation, and the applicable cancellation rules will apply.
* All prices are quoted and invoiced in South African Rand (ZAR). All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Be aware that you are visiting a Big 5 reserve and that dangerous game can be encountered within the fenced area of the Lodge and definitely in the reserve.
