Thandile Country Lodge is the ideal get-away bushveld destination in a beautiful Colonial-style setting with a history of 160 years. This unique African farm-style building built in 1856 was beautifully restored to its former glory with wrap-around verandas and large comfortable rooms.
Ideally suited for the business man on a country trip, the romantic couple who needs some quiet time together or a family that wants to relax in a special place to reconnect with loved ones of to celebrate a special occasion.
Please note: This is a "Country Lodge" where no music or excessive use of alcohol is allowed. The owner reserve the right to demand clients to leave without a refund if these rules are not complied to.
The exquisite bird life and the opportunity for guests to interact with nature is unique to Thandile Country Lodge: Giraffe, zebra, warthogs roam the front lawns of the lodge, comfortably sharing the beautiful environment with the stud of SA Boerperd & Nooitgedacht horses.
Romantic setting for a rustic country wedding or special event for up to 80 guests. Conference facilities and workshop room for up to 15 people.
