Badgerleur Bush Lodge is only one hour South from Johannesburg and guests can escape from the urban jungle with little travel time and one toll gate.
The Bush Lodge offers four star luxury accommodation in 6 Luxury Suites and 2 Superior Deluxe Suites, all of which have their own en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms. The lodge showcases a large range of African game including hippo, rhino and giraffe. Badgerleur Bush Lodge offers clients a one-on-one personalised experience, where a guest will feel that he or she has just left 'home' to go back home. The attentive Badgerleur staff will take care of your every need.
Each suite has its own private open deck. Our Superior Deluxe Suite comprise of a bedroom, dressing room and bathroom with double facilities including bath and shower. Each suite has its own private covered patio and mini bar. Both Luxury and Superior Deluxe Suites can be configured for your convenience as 2 x ¾ beds or one Super King size bed. For your convenience we provide a tea/coffee bar in your room.
Facilities & Services: Ladies Bar: A fully licensed and stocked Ladies Bar can be found in the tranquil surrounds inside the Main Lodge lounge. A fine range of international cigars are available from the Ladies Cocktail Bar. An alternative is to visit "The Roost" to enjoy a cocktail and the elevated views of the open plains. Conferences: Private conference facilities are offered at "The Roost". Please arrange prior to arrival all your conference and electronic requirements. Weddings & Special Functions: Badgers Roost offers facilities for a maximum of 200 persons and sports a fully equipped kitchen and ladies bar. Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is for residents only and is situated at Waters Edge. Swimming towels are available from the reception. Library: Selections of books pertaining to wildlife are available at Waters Edge. Photocopying: Photocopies can be arranged via Reception. Secretarial Services: Secretarial services may be arranged through the Duty Manager during office hours. Safety Deposit Boxes. Porter Service: A Porter can be summoned by Reception, who will also arrange for luggage storage. A Duty Manager is available 24 hours a day and will be pleased to give you any assistance you may require. Early Morning Calls: Please notify the Duty Manager of the lodge before retiring to bed. Helicopter Landing Pad: Private and restricted - for daylight use only by prior arrangement. Contact the Duty Manager for landing co-ordinates and authorization. Housekeeping: For service, ironing boards and irons, extra pillows or any sundry items you may need, kindly contact the Duty Manager. Information: Reception will gladly assist you with information about the Lodge and local leisure activities. Laundry: Laundry is collected daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Laundry will be collected from your room before 09:00 and will be returned the following day. Laundry bags and lists are to be found in the cupboard of your unit. Badgerleur Bush Lodge is the perfect venue to host your ceremony and will cater to all your requirements. Our staff at Badgerleur Bush Lodge will coordinate your dream wedding leaving you free to enjoy a stress free day. We will organise the chapel, your priest, music, entertainment and banquet. Badgerleur caters for smaller weddings from 100 to 150 people.
