With panoramic views of the Drakensberg Mountains, in a tranquil country setting, the feeling of relaxation and romance is almost tangible. We have five luxurious self-catering lodges which are set on the Invermooi Angus Stud farm in the foothills of the majestic Drakensberg, 22 km’s outside of Nottingham Road KZN.
Invermooi Estate has established numerous self-catering lodges to cater for a picturesque and peaceful getaway from the city, providing numerous activities. An ideal setting for relaxation and the enjoyment of the outdoors. Invermooi Estate Lodges are conveniently situated around Invermooi Estate to give our guests the privacy they require when experiencing the wonderful facilities including fly fishing, hiking and relaxing in beautiful surroundings. Our lodges are exquisitely furnished for the comfort of our visitors.
Invermooi Estate is a premier trout fishing holiday venue. The location is ideal for both anglers and non-anglers alike. The Estate has 2 dams, McNab and Malachite and 8km of river fishing. Set on a working farm, it is a great place to enjoy the countryside, watch the birds and other wildlife, as well as to fish. There is plenty to do for family and friends in the surrounding area, and the local Nottingham Road village has much to offer and explore as well as a few good pubs to try out.
