The River House is an elegantly restored Cape Dutch guesthouse style B&B, set in a huge garden, with a magnificent 20 metre veranda overlooking the Bushmans River in Estcourt. Each spacious room is individually decorated and has a private bathroom, DSTV, tea\coffee facilities, heaters, roof fans and electric blankets.
We offer a sumptuous breakfast, and dinner on request, excellent friendly service in tranquil country surrounds, conveniently situated close to the CBD. Estcourt is a great place to stopover between Johannesburg and Durban and is also a gateway to The Drakensberg, the Battlefields and the Midlands Meander.
The house is comfortable, professional 'home from Home" for the businessman or tourist. There are 3 double rooms in the main house with views of the river, and King or queen beds. We also have 2 garden annexes with queen beds and a family room with single beds that can sleep 4 people and has self-catering facilities.
