Nestled in the Little Karoo town of Oudtshoorn in South Africa, we offer a first in the world experience for our guests.
Mount Noah Lodge offers unique yacht accommodation. Mount Noah Lodge is a dry dock yacht club and mountain view lodge, in the middle of the semi desert, made up by a fleet of yachts specially fitted and renovated to ensure a comfortable nights stay.
We also have our own marina for our yacht ‘Bekka Around the World’. The history and the perfect encapsulation of a true round the world sailor’s life, was what brought ’Bekka’ to Mount Noah. She now has her own centre piece ‘marina’, where visitors can experience Bekkas’ history for themselves or swim in the pool she’s moored in.
The other vessels on our Dry Dock Marina are “Juliano”, “Blew Pearl”, “Spartan”, “The Ark”, “The Houseboat” and the first, “Sagitta”. All transformed into air-conditioned on land yacht accommodation. In addition there is a variety of standard rooms ranging from basic to luxury rooms.
Located on a cliff in Oudtshoorn, we have magnificent views of the Little Karoo as well as the Swartberg and Outeniqua Mountain Ranges.
There is a bar and a restaurant on site and a gorgeous sun deck with a guest lounge for you to bask in the Swartberg Mountain views.
