A Luxurious and comfortably furnished two bedroom apartment in the sought after Tamboerskloof; within walking distance to buzzing and interesting Kloof street where one will find grocery stores, bars, coffee shops and plenty of unique eateries.
The MyCiti bus is within easy access in order to visit the city centre or tourist attractions such as Table Mountain and Camps Bay.
As you step into the apartment with the afternoon sun shining in, you will have a sleek, modern crisp white kitchen on your right. The white cabinets and white granite tops create a spacious feel, whilst the parquet wood floor adds warmth. Touches of silver add to the glamour of the kitchen such as the mini fridge, oven with a glass island hood, kettle and microwave. For added convenience the kitchen consists of a built in mini freezer and washing machine.
The pass through design allows for easy flow of conversation between the kitchen and living room. The open plan living and dining room is made up of a corner sofa, flat screen TV with full bouquet DSTV and a four seater dining table. Please note:
– Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R300 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.
– Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).
