Our convenient location is surrounded by all the amenities you‘ll need from luxury shopping to trendy bars and restaurants. All rooms feature modern décor and are equipped with large windows. Each room comes with a flat-screen satellite TV and has an ensuite bathroom with shower facilities.
In-Room facilities include: air-conditioned rooms, DSTV channels, coffee & tea station and flat screen TV.
Regal Inn Ballito serves breakfast upon request and is within 3 km from a number of restaurants serving a variety of cuisines. The hotel offers a vending machine with cold beverages.
Please note:
* Check-in: 14h00 and check-out: 10h00. It is entirely up to the guest when they wish to check-in between the stipulated times. A full rate will apply to guests checking-in after midnight and no discount will be entertained. An additional room fee will be charged on any guest checking out after 10h00. Extension of stay must be requested at reception by 09h30 and is payable up-front.
* Kindly note we offer budget accommodation, we do not have fridges, porters, room service, iron and ironing boards, hairdryers in our rooms.
* Please ensure that television and air-con remotes together with the access card or manual key are handed over at the reception counter and signed for on departure. Replacement charges for each remote, manual key and the access card will be charged should any of the items not be handed over. (Day use rooms will be charged a deposit upon check-in. Deposit will be reimbursed on departure upon return of the television and aircon remote, together with the access card) Room contents (towels, linen, kettles) are strictly prohibited from leaving the rooms.
* Housekeeping operates from 08h00 to 15h30. Rooms are serviced between these times only.
* Regal Inn Hotel Ballito will not be held liable for any theft or injury to any person within the hotel premises. Please ensure that all doors and windows are closed and locked when leaving your room.
* We have a strict no noise and no visitor’s policy from 22h00 and guests are requested to be considerate of other fellow guests.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises except for the designated areas. All rooms are fitted with a smoke alarm and should this alarm be set-off, you will be liable for the fire technician’s call-out fee and the clean-out fee.
* All stained linen, broken utensils and damages to anything in the room will charged for. Any damages or dissatisfaction with any aspect of the room on check inn must be reported to reception immediately. No room changes can be made after 10 minutes of guest being in the room.
* Calls for shuttle services, food outlets and laundry services will be done at your own expense. Reception can only assist by providing the contact numbers only.
* Each room has a tea and coffee station with a provision for complimentary ingredients. Any additional tea, coffee, sugar and creamer sets are available at an additional cost. Breakfast is an optional extra charge. It is served from 06h30 – 09h30. Room consists of 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat, additional towels are available at extra cost.
* Pressing irons and boards are available at reception free of charge for 30 minutes only. A fee will be charged for a period longer than that. To be collected at reception and brought back after use
* Over-crowding in the rooms is strictly prohibited. Any guest found exceeding the stipulated occupancy numbers will be penalized and made to pay an extra full night’s rate. Guests are also requested to wear appropriate attire in public areas. Double/ Twin rooms - 2 occupants only; Double-single rooms- 3 occupants only; Family rooms – 4 occupants only with 2 being adults and the other 2 being children aged 12 years and below only.
* No credits or refunds will be entertained on cancelled bookings or early departures.
* Lost and found property will be kept for a maximum period of 30 days, with unclaimed goods disposed of thereafter.
* No pets, hubbly bubbly, ice without cooler box or ice bucket and braaing will be allowed on the hotel premises. No hanging of towels and clothes on railings and windows is allowed.
* Any act deemed illegal by law is not permitted within hotel premises and the Police will be summoned if any occurs. We have a right to search any room that we suspect of any illegal activities. The guest or guests involved in the illegal act will be asked to immediately vacate the hotel premises. NO REFUND will be given.
* Our reception is open for 24 hours a day. Please dial 9 from your room for assistance
* No hanging/drying of clothing over rails.
* No guest vehicles are allowed to be left after departure within hotel premises without authorization from management.
* Wi-Fi is free for 30 minutes per day only.
