This new modern and spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house is the ideal holiday home to stay in with your family or friends. You will find yourself right on the water with your own jetty and small beach.
2 separate braai areas, one covered indoor bar and braai and one upstairs and outside braai (if teenagers want to do their own thing!)
A few seconds walk away down a quaint footpath on the other side of Harley Street is the beautiful Kromm River.
There are 2 lounges and fantastic open plan kitchen, dining room area - the dining room is a party place with the most fabulous huge dining room table!
The afternoon light pours in and if you are not cruising on the canal or river at sunset, you can sit at home and have your sundowner with magnificent sunsets in front of you.
Please note the following:
*There is a R 2500.00 refundable breakage deposit as well as a R400.00 cleaning fee payable to the establishment.
* A minimum of 2 night stay is required in off-peak periods
* A minimum of 3 night stay is required for long weekends
* A minimum of 7 night stay is required for 15 December - 27 December
