Super clean: Good bedding: Good value: Safe parking
12 on Beach Guest house is situated right on the beach of Saldanha. There is a comfortable flow between the rooms and the recreational areas overlooking the beach and activities on the bay. There are patio tables on the front patio as well as in the courtyard which offers more protection from the West Coast winds.
Both areas fitted with braai facilities
Two beach front rooms and 7 non beach fronting rooms are available
The lounge with beach views is for your use and it features a self-service coffee, tea and cereal station. The lounge and recreational areas are easily accessible from the rooms and the beach.
All rooms have their own entrances and operate independently with their own bathrooms and kitchenettes.
Secure off street parking behind a solid automated gate is provided and all rooms are fitted with security gates and decent burglar bars, individual room alarms and buttons linked to armed response.
The reception is from the beach entrance and the parking is from the rear entrance Kamp Street which is clearly marked.
Late check in easily done and instructions given per request.
Super clean rooms with quality bedding and mattresses provided.
Guest houses like us are a great way to use as a point to operate from to see the surrounds or do business.
On request we offer the lounge are to guests needing a place to meet with clients. We supply coffee and tea on such occasions at no charge.
Visitors to our clients are restricted to reasonable times and the lounge area so that all guests has peace and privacy at all times.
