Oppi Dam is situated 15km from Oudtshoorn and on the road to the famous Cango Caves. Oppi Dam is in the Schoemanshoek Valley, at the foot of the majestic Swartberg Mountains and the farm has been in the Schoeman family for ten generations.
All accommodation have a stunning view of the mountains.
We are next to the main road. There are lots of attractions nearby like an Ostrich Show Farm, a Wildlife Ranch, a Game Farm, “Die Hel" and the Swartberg Pass and it is worthwhile to stay for more than a day.
Oppi Dam has self-catering chalets and cottages and a campsite. It is in the most beautiful part of South Africa and the peace and quiet makes it a most pleasant place to stay. Our staff is very friendly and professional and we make sure that our guests are comfortable. Oudtshoorn is hosting a number of sporting events like the Cango Marathon and Rugby Festivals and we also have the KKNK. Fishing and canoeing is included for our guests.
