Main House 4 bedrooms and there are 2 separate adorable glamping cabins 3 bathrooms of which the main bedroom is ensuite.
Lounge with a big flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, indoor braai/outdoor braai/gas BBQ facilities and all utensils are provided Jacuzzi/hot tub Wi-Fi and Premium DStv/Satellite TV. We also have self-catering glamping cabins available. Cabin 1 sleeps 2 people and Cabin 2 sleeps 3 people. These can be rented out with the main house or separately.
Establishment facilities include: Wi-Fi, Jacuzzi/hot tub, Satellite TV/DStv, ndoor & outdoor braai, (all utensils provided with a complimentary bag of wood), gas BBQ facilities and kiddies play area.
Please note:
* Deposit is non-refundable.
* Early departure does not entitle a guest to a refund.
* Check in: 14h00 – 17h00 an estimated time of arrival must be given in advance. Later check in can be arranged as we do have a key safe for guests arriving later. Check out: 8h00 – 10h00 to allow cleaning for next guests arrival, later check in can be arranged if no guests arriving that day. Check out time should be confirmed the day before.
* Guests are to please close all windows, lock outside doors and switch on alarm when checking out. Guests will be held responsible for this.
* No person in excess of the number of guests agreed at the time of reservation may occupy the property. Children up to 2 years stay for free. Please confirm how many couples, singles, children & babies there are so that we know how many/what beds to make up.
* The accommodation is self-catering and bedding, blankets and a bath towel are provided to each guest. We recommend that guests bring extra towels for using the Jacuzzi/hot tub and for the beach. For the summer months there are fans and for the winter months there are wall heaters throughout the house. Besides the amazing views, guests will also enjoy Jacuzzi/hot tub (terms and conditions below), complimentary Wi-Fi, flat screen TV (Premium DSTV & Netflix), indoor braai, fire pit, gas BBQ facilities.
* Please note the indoor braai is not for big fires as this is a fire hazard, especially with it being a wooden home. There's also a kiddies play area. Jacuzzi/Hot Tub: Please note no smoking, eating or drinking red wine in the jacuzzi/hot tub. Kids are to be supervised at all times and it is not to be used as a swimming pool. The float should be left in jacuzzi/hot tub after use. Important: Should any damages occur due to any misuse of the jacuzzi/hot tub during stay guests will be liable for any damages and repairs.
* We obviously want our guests to enjoy themselves, but would ask that quiet hours are observed between 23h00 and 08h00.
* No smoking in the house, ashtrays are provided outside. No incense, candles or strong smells allowed in the house as this draws into the wood. Electricity: All houses in Knysna now have prepaid electricity boxes. We always leave an average amount of electricity for our guests stay. Should guests run out of electricity during their stay, guests will need to purchase their own electricity. This can be purchased online if local online banking or else can be purchased at the Spar or Total Garage. Guests are requested not to waste electricity and please ensure that there is at least 25 units left on the unit to run the alarms etc. Should there be less than 25 units left this will be deducted off guests deposit. Cleaning: While we do arrange for a departure clean, guests are still expected to keep the house clean and tidy. Should the house not be left in an acceptable condition upon departure, guests will be billed for any extra cleaning service costs.
* We have just put in brand new oak laminate flooring so please use a damp cloth to blot up spills as soon as they happen. Do not use a wet mop which may cause irreparable damage to the floor.
* We accept no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by any resident, their family, visitors, animals, vehicles or personal effects, howsoever caused. The use of accommodation, facilities and equipment is entirely at the user’s own risk. Vehicles, baggage and personal belongings are at the tenants risk at all times.
* As much as we love furbabies, we are not able to accommodate them at this time.
* Right Of Admission Reserved. Our house is very precious to us and we ask that guests please respect it and treat it as if it were their own.
