Situated in the heart of Camps Bay's Village with the iconic Twelve Apostles Mountain Range as a backdrop, Stone Cottages is the perfect destination for any holiday.
The cottages were built in 1903 and are protected under the Heritage Act of South Africa. In 2014, Village n Life became the custodians of Stone Cottages after they went on sale at an auction.
Embracing the historical importance, Village n Life maintained most of the original cottages as to preserve the charm of this bygone era.
These cottages feature contemporary lifestyle kitchens fitted with Smeg stoves, Bosch fridge/freezer, Morphy Richards appliances and Nespresso machines. The kitchens open up onto exclusive sun decks and boast private BBQ facilities on each deck that look out onto Stones beautiful gardens.
Establishment facilities:
* Solar heated pool: Situated amidst the magnificent gardens of Stone Cottages, the pool is the perfect place for to unwind and soak up some sun. Stone Cottages guests can enjoy exclusive use of the solar heated pool and lounger area.
* BBQ: Stone Cottages understands that in order to live well, sleep well and be well, one has to dine well. For that very reason we have installed BBQ stations at each cottage to allow our guests to feast on a traditional South African “braai”. Wood is available for your use at an extra cost.
* Self-service laundry: We offer guest the use of a complimentary laundry facility on the property. The facility includes use of the machines only so guest are reminded to take along their own washing powder and fabric softener.
Children of all ages welcome.
