Kaalvoet consists of two upmarket apartments only 150 metres from the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean as well as a green belt of fynbos on the other side. Both apartments are on the ground floor with the owners living on the first floor. The apartments are both equipped with burglar bars (clear bars) for safety as well as DSTV. Parking is available on the premises.
Fynbos Apartment: This apartment is very spacious and tastefully furnished and decorated. It is well equipped with all the necessary utilities you will need to enjoy a comfortable self-catering stay. It consists of the following fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven, dining room table seating 6 people and small sitting area with a fireplace. First bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom (bath and shower) sleeping two people. Completely private. Lounge area has two single beds and has its own bathroom (shower only). Outside braai area (tables and chairs provided).
Ocean Apartment: This apartment is also very spacious and romantically decorated in shades of blue and white. The ensuite bathroom only has a shower. It has a small seating area and a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, kettle and crockery and cutlery. A small braai and utensils will be available.
Please note: * We regret no children under the age of 2.
* No smoking in the house.
* No pets allowed.
* Minimum stay is 2 nights.
* No breakage deposit is payable. We will, however, sincerely appreciate the report and replacement of any breakages or damages.
* We kindly request that guests leave the facilities in the same condition it was entrusted to them.
* Cleaning services are available upon request at an additional fee for guests staying lengthy periods.
* This is a strictly non-smoking facility.
* The owners cannot be held accountable for any accidents and/or theft. They are satisfied that the services rendered are of a high standard and to the best of their ability.
* The right of admission strictly applies. Please arrange with the owners should you receive and entertain guests on the premises.
* The unit is situated in a residential area with a green fynbos belt on the one side. Guests should please respect the environment at all times.
* The house is equipped with an alarm system and the area is patrolled by Yzerfontein Armed Response.
