De Linden Boutique Guest House is well positioned in the middle of the village and in very close proximity to the beach and other amenities. De Linden Boutique Guest House is ideal for guests seeking comfort and style. Enjoy the views and most beautiful sunsets or get cosy on cold winter evenings in front of the fireplace. The rooms reflect the owner’s creative flair and attention to detail. We offer seven beautifully appointed rooms with all the modern amenities for your comfort.
Each room are decorated with care and style, equipped with crisp white linen, LCD TV’s, satellite TV (DSTV), fridge, coffee/tea facilities, hairdryer, small lock up safe, Wi-Fi, as well as beach and bath towels. Two rooms have air-conditioning.
There is a spacious dining room and three lounges boasting two fireplaces gives you plenty room for relaxing. The guest house also offers two outside lounge areas with fireplaces as well as a balcony with a gorgeous view of the sea and sunsets.
Please note:
*** No pets allowed.
*** Minimum of 2 nights stay required, except in high season during where a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
***The balance is payable by electronic fund transfer or credit/debit card on or prior to arrival.
*** No keys will be handed over until the full outstanding balance has been paid prior to or on arrival.
*** Guests are expected to look after keys responsibly. A charge will be made for lost keys. Guests must hand in their keys at the Reception before departing.
*** No parties of any sort are permitted at our facilities.
*** No smoking is permitted in the rooms. In case of noncompliance, we reserve the right to charge an extra night's stay for cleaning and airing the room. Burn damages to linen, carpets, etc. will carry a charge. We have designated smoking areas outside.
*** If we suffer damages to items belonging to the Guesthouse due to wilful negligence or deliberate misuse resulting in a replacement, cleaning, repair being carried out - we reserve the right to charge for all and any costs incurred by charging the credit card given to secure the booking, without prior consent being required.
*** Guests have access to the guesthouse at all times upon obtaining your keys. However, as a courtesy to other guests, no disturbance or loud noise from 22h00.
*** We regret no children under the age of 10.
