Villa 2004 is a non-smoking unit that has a covered braai area leading onto the gardens of the estate.Villa 2004 is not on the busy road to the beach as other studio units. Our villa is in a very quiet, safe and very private setting in lot 20.
There is a queen size bed, sleeping 2 adults only, as well as a bathroom with a bath, shower over the bath, basin and toilet.
The unit is fully-equipped for self-catering.
Villa is serviced daily except Sundays and Public holidays.
The villa is conveniently situated within walking distance to two freshwater pools, a hotel, restaurants, a library with internet connection, and a convenience store.
San Lameer is a Blue Flag Status Beach with 24 hour security, shark nets, and lifeguards on duty.
Please note:
- No smoking in rooms.
- There is a once off admin fee R350 (R500 for specials)
payable within 24 hours after confirmation with the agent, direct to home owner before arrival.
- There is a key deposit R500 low season R1000 high season required (refundable).
- There is a gate entry fee per car per day. R30 per car per day-4-7 nights R100 8 nights and longer R200.
- 50% deposit to secure the booking.
- BALANCE OF ACCOMMODATION and additional costs to be settled 1 calendar month before arrival.

The unit is equipped with ensuite self-catering studio with a queen size bed. Sleep 2 guests only. The unit opens onto the estate garden and braai patio. Please note we are not on the busy road to the beach our villa is in a quiet very private setting lot.
The unit has a shower over bath, fan, tea and coffee facilities, balcony/patio, TV with DSTV, and garden view. No smoking in rooms. All linen included except beach and bath towels. Please bring your own.
