Retreat on Raspberry Lane is a character house in the quiet neighborhood of Umtentweni on the Kzn-Natal, South Coast. (90 minute drive from Durban) Ideally located near fantastic beaches, shops, golf courses and restaurants and it is perfect for a great holiday or business getaway.
Although the property is shared, the main house is private and free standing.
It is breezy, romantic and comfortably furnished with lounges, dining areas and a large wooden deck over stunning tropical gardens where one can relax. The kitchen is well equipped and has a gas hob. It sleeps max 3 adults and the house is rented as a unit. The bathroom has both bath and shower. There are distant river and sea views and fantastic bird life.
Adjacent freestanding, and if required, is the annex ensuite bedroom which has a queen sized bed and ensuite shower (not self catering). Sleeps max 2. This can interlead to the main house through a common courtyard if required. It may also be rented privately.
Amenities include shared off-street parking behind an electric gate, an alarm and WIFI, A small shared pool is available to guests at the retreat (common area). Load shedding and water back up. Please kindly bring your own towels.
PLEASE KINDLY NOTE: this is not a children friendly property. Only over 18 years permitted with adult supervision. Strictly no noise or loud parties as this is a quiet area and is a retreat. There are pets on the retreat that are friendly.
