"Despite the bad weather and ever more worse Test match. This Guesthouse is standing out above others. Where will you find that ordinary staff members will greet you, not that they are not important. They are so friendly.
The room was just big enough and very smart decorated. The premises is very clean and you will find every where something interesting to look at.
Then that bed, was just wonderful, spending a day on the road and a day on the Kings Park stadium. That was a wonderful rest.
Thank you to every body at 305. Owner, reception, general staff and kitchen, it was wonderful to stay with you. Will see you soon.
