Broadacres is a large well-appointed family home that is well equipped for a relaxing holiday offering big screen DSTV, fibre Wi-Fi, a spacious well equipped kitchen, two dining areas and large indoor/outdoor entertainment area. The ground floor is available this Christmas season together with the cottage and offers two double rooms each with a full bathroom.
The two houses (main house and cottage) thus sleep 10 people in comfort with loads of space.
The cottage is a tastefully furnished leafy garden cottage consisting of three double rooms each with a bathroom ensuite. The cottage has DSTV, wireless fibre internet, secure off street parking behind remote gates and the rooms are serviced daily. The cottage also contains a small though well equipped kitchen with a washing machine as well as a lounge/dining area and outdoor barbecue. There is a large pool, a pretty garden, a sunken trampoline and a jungle gym available if required. Constantia Hills is a rural area about 30 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from town, and 15 minutes from the beaches at False Bay and surrounded by vineyards, horses, good restaurants and lovely views.
