It has been completely renovated: The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and the kitchen area is equipped with a built-in 2-plate hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and cutlery/crockery and iron.
. There is a double bed so suitable for one or two persons only and has selected DSTV channels. It is a security block with remote controlled access and your own secure dedicated parking bay is right outside the covered veranda. Situated in the heart of busy Claremont it is an excellent budget option being an easy walk to upmarket Cavendish Square Mall , public transport, the Jammie Shuttle to UCT and the Cape Fertility Clinic.
