Mountain Rise is a newly renovated 6 room cottage set in one and a quarter acres of prime real estate overlooking the ocean. With mountains behind and a stunning sea view in front, Victorskloof is the most sought after location in beautiful Hout Bay. Located close to Cape Town central via the stunning Atlantic seaboard road past Camps Bay and Clifton, Hout Bay is easily accessible via Constantia Nek to the southern suburbs.
Hout Bay's glorious beach is set between the towering Sentinal on the one side and the world famous Chapman's Peak Drive on the other. From Mountain Rise the ocean is framed on both sides by mountains with a view to die for. The cottage has a full length patio to enjoy early morning breakfast or evening sundowners.
The cottage was totally renovated in May 2010 and comprises two bedrooms sleeping two and three people respectively, a brand new bathroom with bath and shower, new kitchen with stove and appliances, separate dining room and a large lounge leading to the main patio. Security is all new with sliding security gates, burglar proofing and alarm. The driveway gate is operated by remote. There is inside parking for one vehicle. The owners are in a separate house in the grounds and are available at most times to assist with any queries. The cottage has a maid service Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The patio is large but is generally shaded from the sun due to trees, and is not suitable for small children as there is a large drop. Rick is a pleasant owner but was not able to resolve a number of issues such as the lack of wifi."
