The backpackers, sleeping quarters is in the form of dormitories. The rooms are on the first and second floors; they are class rooms and store rooms which has been converted. The beds consist of double bunk beds. Ablution facilities are on the ground level - you will find a large ablution facility to cater for the children, male and female adults.
All dormitory guests make use of these for showering, upper ablutions are for the unit guests.
We provide a safe and clean environment. All meals must be arranged with the caterer at an extra cost. Kitchen area available where groups can prepare meals this is an additional cost depending on group size. As for camping bring all own cutlery and crockery, pots and pans we have fridges, stoves deep freeze available for the guest to use.
The Bluff is a popular holiday destination, with extensive accommodation and plentiful seaside recreation. The area is known for its abundant sea life, including dolphins, and, in the winter months, whales. There are two main beaches: Brighton Beach and Anstey's Beach, while a smaller, lesser-known beach to the north is Garvie's. There is a golf course and a wetland area with a large population of various bird species.
