Clarens on Collett and the Clarinet is a newly renovated spacious self-catering house and flatlet, ideal for small groups and families, set in a quiet cul de sac in the Kloof area of Clarens and providing stunning views of Mount Horeb, Kloof Mountain and the Maluti Mountains.
The venue may be rented out as two units or one large unit accommodating up to eight guests.
The house is set on a 3000m2 stand and enjoys beautiful gardens with abundant bird life. The house features a covered patio and a balcony runs the entire length of the house. The main house (Clarens on Collett) is a fully fitted three bedroomed house accommodating up to six adults, offering an open-plan lounge with an anthracite (provided) fireplace and full DSTV. The spacious dining room is adjacent to the lounge and leads into the modern fully fitted kitchen and scullery with a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer, as well as onto the covered patio where meals may also be enjoyed. A guest toilet and family bathroom with a separate shower and bath are provided. The bedrooms consist of a queen bedroom with direct access onto the balcony, a king (or twin) bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds off the kitchen with direct access onto the covered patio.
The Clarinet is adjacent to Clarens on Collett and has its own entrance via a private balcony. It consists of a queen bed, couch with flat-screen TV and 90 DSTV channels, a kitchenette, indoor and outdoor seating area and ensuite bathroom with a shower. The Clarinet can accommodate up to two adults
In-Room facilities include: hairdryers; TV with 90 DSTV channels in Clarens on Collett lounge and Clarinet; electric blankets; heaters in bedrooms and bathrooms; cutlery; bathroom amenities; crockery, linen; toilet paper; towels; kettle; toaster; fridge; microwave; gas stove in Clarens on Collett and two plate stove in the Clarinet are all provided.
Braai facilities and comfortable outdoor furniture are provided for both Clarens on Collett and the Clarinet. Secure off-street parking is provided. Units are serviced on request at an additional cost.
