Sun River Kalahari Lodge is a home away from home, situated in the heart of the Green Kalahari, stretched over 5 properties, on the banks of the mighty Orange River.
The Lodge is a 4 star establishment and provides comfortable, luxurious and affordable accommodation, with all rooms enjoying a full range of Guest services available.
Rooms are stylishly decorated and spacious, ensuring total relaxation. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, DSTV, bar fridges, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea tray, high quality comfortable beds and luxury bathroom amenities.
We also have an on-sight Beauty Salon to take care of all treatment or pampering needs.
Our management and staff are highly trained individuals with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. With our love for people and what we do, our aim is to meet all our guests’ needs and expectations to the best of our ability and we always do it with a smile.
The lodge is centrally situated with a 10 minute driving distance from the airport and a 5 minute driving distance from town centre.

"The room was great and the overall experience very good. The setting is wonderful. We had the best breakfast of our entire stay, and we had some good ones. However, there was only one towel for the two of us and was then very disappointed by their attitude when I asked for another towel. First they insisted there were two towels and eventually brought a very damp towel, which never dried out overnight, and apologised for running out. 'both' the tumble driers had broken down. Not good but I will definitely stay there again."
