Beach Front Holiday Accommodation is an apartment on the 15th floor of a well known building block in Beach Road, Amanzimtoti. There are 3 lifts which give easy access for older persons to the apartment. It has a 180° sea view from the lounge as well as both bedrooms. It is on the beach front with direct access to the beach and a short stroll to the main beach with ample places to eat including the Spur, a Waterworld, kiddies playground, sea water swimming pool and life savers on duty whole year around.
The apartment is within walking distance from the Shoprite Center with multiple small shops and shops with prepared food like hamburgers, fish and ice cream.
The apartment is neat, clean and comfortable and perfect for a family or group of persons, looking for a comfortable getaway close to a variaty of activities. It can accommodate up to six guests and comprises of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge and dining area. The first bedroom is epuipped with a queen size bed and the second bedroom contains a double bed and a double bunker.
Facilities in the kitchen include a stove and oven, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, electric frying pan, crockery and cutlery, microwave kitchenware, salad bowls etc.
The dining area contains of a table top with 6 dining chairs and 2 bar stools.
The lounge area consists of 2 double couches, a single arm chair, a ¾ sleeper couch and TV with an OVHD decoder. The apartment is connected to a communal dish and guests are welcome to bring their own DStv decoder and remote and connect to the network.
There is a secure basement parking for one vehicle per unit. Extra open parking can be rented from the office if available.
There are safe and secure braai facilities available on the ground floor including tables and chairs for use while enjoying the braai.
A safe secure communal swimming pool and ablusion is also available on the ground floor for cooling off after a hot day on the beach or just enjoying a swim.
Guests have the convenience of using the laundry facilities consisting of 3 automatic washing machines and one tumble dryer on the roof of the building.
