El Roi Guest Lodge is a Family owned guest lodge situated on the panorama route, near the quaint little town; White River, Mpumalanga. We offer our guests a unique country living setting in which they are able to feel completely at home.
El Roi Guest Lodge is situated on 6.5 hectares of a small farm with large pool and indigenous bushveld trees and shrubs surround the lodge and attract a wide variety of bird species, which are the only source of sound to disturb your peace.
(With the exception of our dogs: Mika, Onke, & Moxie who will welcome you upon arrival). The climate is said to be one of the best in South Africa, neither excessively hot in summer when rainfall is at its highest, nor overly cold during the sunny winters.
We are located in a malaria free area away from the busy town. But we do have mosquitos so remember to pack your mosquito spray.
Our Large Family Cottage (Cottage 3) has a private outdoor 4 seater Jacuzzi! We have 7 fully equipped self-catering cottages (one with 1 bedroom, one with 2 bedrooms and the other with 3 bedrooms) the others are a studio setup and two spacious ensuite bedrooms. Our units are tastefully decorated.
The various outside patio areas ensure a restful retreat after a busy day exploring the Lowveld. There is also 4 BBQ spaces next to the pool Lapa with Pool table.
Our self-catering units have fully equipped kitchens with stove, microwave, fridge and all utensils you may need. Outside braai area for each Cottage.
Breakfast can be served for an additional rate per person. This includes continental breakfast and English breakfast.
All units treat guests to:
* Luxurious extra length queen beds (bunk bed in Cottage 3 not extra length).
* Soap & shampoo.
* All linen & bath towels included (swimming towels not provided).
* Flat screen TV with Satellite TV (DSTV premium – all channels).
* Fridge and coffee/tea station.
* Private courtyard garden.
* Safe parking.
* Free Uncapped Wifi
* Baby cot available on request.
