Nested In The Heart Of The Lowveld, Youll Find Our Off-The-Grid, Pet Friendly Establishment, Central To Most Of What The Panorama Route Has To Offer And Just 15 Minutes Away From Nelspruit And White River, With Spectacular Orchard And Mountain Views All Round.
Our aim is to provide, a clean, comfortable self-catering home away from home to use as your base whilst you explore the Lowveld.
The guest farm is situated 25 km outside the town of Mbombela (Nelspruit), on the R37 towards Sabie. The location is ideal for those wishing to explore the surrounding areas. It would be especially interesting for anyone and everyone that would also like to experience off the grid living, or like-minded people that actually care about the footprint they leave behind.
We are ideal for group bookings, sports teams, weekend retreats, long stay visits or just a quick family break-away. We also offer fully furnished, serviced, long stay rates for single occupants with no pets.
All our accommodation is fully equipped and fully self-catering. We can accommodate up to 28 guests in 4 cottages and 6 en-suite rooms.
Come and enjoy the peace and serenity in our tranquil gardens amongst the abundant bird life... this is an absolute birders paradise we have recorded over a 100 species just within the garden.
There are 4 Cottages:
Cottages sleep up to 4 people
All cottages are self-catering and fully equipped with two bedrooms, a bathroom (shower), open plan kitchen ( with a two plate hob and microwave), dining/lounge, patio area and braai facilities.
Cottages 1: Room 1 has a king and room 2 has twin beds. Ceiling Fans.
Cottages 2 & 3: Room 1 has either a king or twin beds and room 2 has twin beds. Ceiling Fans.
Cottages 4: Room 1 has a double bed and room 2 has twin beds. Ceiling Fans.
There are 6 En-Suit Rooms:
En-Suite rooms sleep up to 2 people
En-suite rooms have a queen sized bed and a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Ceiling Fans.
There is an equipped open-air communal kitchen and braai area.
General:
Nomsa will clean units daily between 09:00 & 13:00, she will clean the kitchen, wash dishes, clean bathrooms and empty dustbins. There will be no services on Sundays or Public Holidays, but available by prior arrangement with Nomsa and direct payment to her @R150 extra per day for Sundays and Public Holidays.
Open parking available next to the room.
TV: There is a TV in each room, with the EASY VIEW DSTV bouquet or OPEN VIEW. Bring your own decoder if you want more channels.
Meals: We are a self-catering facility. Make sure to buy your dinner en route, and to bring your beers / wine along with you.

We do not offer a 24-hour service.
We have a no noise after 22:00 Policy
METHODS OF PAYMENT: EFT and cash. Cash deposits need to
cover the bank charges. No Card facilities.
All the cottages are comprised of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, a patio area, and braai facilities. The cottages can accommodate up to 4 guests in each. The en-suite rooms contain a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. The en-suite rooms can accommodate 2 guests each. The en-suite rooms have access to a fully equipped open air communal kitchen.
All accommodation is equipped with ceiling fans and TV with Open View channels. Guests are welcome to bring their own DSTV decoder if they require more channels. Linen and bath towels are provided.
We do offer pet friendly accommodation, for a small additional fee and strictly on an application basis, please discuss your requirements with us before booking ... we only allow none aggressive, well socialised dogs. We have 5 resident dogs that do roam the property, as well as 7 cats and free range chickens. We also have kennelling facilities where we board dogs.
We are within close proximity of the Kruger National Park. It is also perfectly located for exploring the Panorama Route tourist attractions like Blyde River Canyon, Pilgrim's Rest, God Window, Sabie/Graskop Waterfalls, Kaapsehoop, and Sudwala Caves. It is also the ideal stopover en-route Mozambique, Kruger or Marloth, or for local events at the stadium, Innibos, The Jock, events at Kavinga, Kaapsehoop Marathon and other local running/cycling events.
Within the neighbouring areas one can find mountain biking, hiking, the scenic panorama route. Panorama Guest Farm is a birdwatcher's haven with many birds frequenting or nesting in the garden regularly.
Guests are advised that their own transport is a must, the closest shops / towns are Nelspruit / White River which are roughly between 25 and 30Km away.
We also have a small function venue for up to 30 people. Packages available on request.
