Only 20 minutes from Cape Town International Airport, in the heart of the winelands, this luxury guesthouse, comprises of 3 self-catering apartments in a quiet, safe, upmarket suburb of Somerset West.
Owners Lesley and Andrew welcome you and personally make sure your stay at Majorca House is a unique experience.
In-room facilities include:
* Thick quality towels and luxurious cotton percale linen.
* Pool towels.
* Comfortable arm chairs.
* An electronic safe.
* Flat screen televisions with DSTV channels.
* Room and bathroom heaters.
* Ceiling fans.
* Hair dryer.
* Free Wi-Fi internet connection.
* Fully equipped kitchenettes for light catering.
* Tea and coffee making facilities.
* Daily service except Sundays.
Breakfasts are served between 07h00 and 09h00 in the dining room in winter or outside on the patio or around the pool, in summer. A light evening meal can be arranged for late arrivals or for those not wanting to venture out again after a long day of sight-seeing or at the office. These must be pre-booked before 10h00.
Please note:
*** We regret no children under the age of 12.
*** Check in times between 14h00 and 20h00. Should you be arriving later, please let us know. Check out time is no later than 11h00 on the day of departure.
*** Majorca House is non-smoking inside the house and rooms but you are welcome to smoke outside on the patio and verandah areas.
***No persons other than those confirmed are permitted in the bedrooms.

The kitchenette is limited but enough for preparing a light meal. We would book again if we returned to Somerset West."
