All prices quoted are for Self catering.
Refundable breakages deposits are payable in cash on arrival and are not included in the prices quoted.
Breakfast (hot and cold selection) is available on request/prebooking Monday to Friday but never in peak season. (Easter and Christmas)
rates are per unit but guest count is limited to the number stipulated per unit. Extra beds can sometimes be arranged for a fee and only by prior arrangement.
No visitors are permitted. Only checked in guests.
Khaya La Manzi with air-conditioned thatched accommodation in the main building comprising 3 bachelor suites sleeping one couple each and two family apartments sleeping 2 adults and 2 children each. The second block is tiled roof and has 2 one bedroom and 2 two bedroom self-catering apartments with full sea views; ceiling fans. Conference complex with swimming pool, outdoor braai/barbeque area, toilet facilities and off street parking
For those on their travels along the East Coast of South Africa, we are conveniently situated 2,5km off the N2 highway on the KwaZulu Natal South Coast. We are approximately 6km before Pumula beach hotel, 10km from Umzumbe.
Located around an hour south of Durban, 100km from uShaka Marine World, 130km from King Shaka International Airport, 85km from the Wild Coast Sun, 60km from Oribi Gorge. Ideally situated for those en-route North or South as well as Inland, from Mozambique, Zululand Game Reserves, St. Lucia, Richards Bay, Durban, Southern Drakensberg, Port Edward, Wild Coast, Eastern Cape, Garden Route or Cape Town.
The wide sweep of Hibberdene’s main beach seems designed for sun-bathing & relaxing, as well as a safe Main Beach Lifesavers patrol and control the beach. The beach ablutions are clean and tidy.

Main bedroom has a king bed. The loft is a raised platform overlooking the main area and suitable for children 7-15 years only.
Kitchen and lounge, there is also a bathroom.
Room 4 has a shower over bath. Room 5 has two bathrooms -a shower over bath in the ensuite and a shower room in the bathroom that comes off the lounge/kitchen area.
