This apartment is perfect for business executives and holidaymakers who want to be at the heart of the city without the lack of personality that hotel rooms offer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, a dishwasher, cutlery and crockery needed to make this apartment home away from home. The counter top offering an informal perch for reading the paper and enjoying a quick cup of coffee. The apartment is decorated in a relaxed fusion style, laminated floors throughout the apartment with only tiles in the bathroom. TV with satellite, so you can catch up on your local news if you’re feeling out of touch.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and is accessed via the stairs or an elevator.
De Waterkant district is venue to some of the city’s best restaurants, bars, boutiques, coffee shops, and museums. Guests will find whatever they are looking for right on their doorstep, or mere minutes walk away. Many of the quaint streets are cobbled and steep and a variety of secret finds are hidden under old trees and behind renovated buildings and makes for an enjoyable adventure. Those on business will appreciate the close proximity to the Cape Town Convention Center, while the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront is only 5 minutes drive away, Camps Bay beaches are 10 minutes drive and the cableway up to Table Mountain Island, catch the cable car up Table Mountain or chill out on one of the country’s top beaches – also only 10 minutes drive away. For a more cultural experience, visit the South African National Museum, Rhodes Memorial or simply take a walk through The Company Gardens, and for the more energetic crowd, enjoy hundreds of top restaurants, bars and night clubs in the Cape Town City Bowl. Take a trip to Robbe ever popular Clifton 4th beach, Camps Bay or Llandudno, and afterwards, visit your pick of cocktail bars and restaurants along the renowned Camps Bay Strip.
This is a great location to explore Cape Town and surrounding areas. Very easy to get on the freeway to explore areas further away and also easy to walk into the centre of Cape Town or to the V&A Waterfront. The trendy Cape Quarter shopping complex with shops and restaurants is only a short walk away from the apartment. There is a bus stop very close to the apartment to insure you go where you need to be.

– Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R300 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.
– Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).
