This awesome holiday apartment is located on the Margate beach front and promenade. It has a spectacular balcony view of the Indian Ocean and beach. It is located on the 6th floor and only has stairs access (no elevator). So not wheelchair friendly!
The apartment offers 3 bedrooms: main with a double bed, and 2 rooms with a tri-bunk (double & single).
There is also a single sleeper couch in the lounge. The apartment can therefore sleep 7 adult and 2 children in the optimum configuration.
In addition there are 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath. A fully equipped kitchen with all the normal appliances including a Front loading washing machine. The lounge has a 50 inch HD flat screen TV and Family Plus bouquet on DSTV. The main bedroom has a 32 inch flat screen TV.
On the balcony you have access to a 4 burner Cadac gas braai with an additional potjie plate.
In the complex there is a communal pool and braai facility area. Private entrance to the beach/promenade area. 1 shaded cloth parking with a communal area for trailers.
