Santini Lace offers two self-catering apartments South Park Unit– sleep 4 and the Northwing Luxury Budget Room which sleeps 2. It is located in a security estate. It is an ideal base for your Garden Route holiday. The property offers easy access to the local beaches, shops and outdoor activities.
South Park Family Unit it is in a secure a complex and is on the ground floor with its own private entrance.
The bedroom has a double bed with own flat screen TV, with adjacent shower. There is a queen size in the common living lounge which sleeps 2. It has an open plan kitchen with dishwasher and whirl pool washing machine, dining area and lounge with genuine cow hide 8 ft daybed, and 47” flat screen smart TV. We also offer free Wi-Fi, a DVD player; DSTV , braai patio, communal swimming pool, and dedicated undercover parking are also available for your use.
North Wing Luxury Budget Room is 26m2 in a secure complex and is on the ground floor unit with its own private entrance. Bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom containing a bath. The self-catering facilities include a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster , Snappy chf nduction cooker and crockery. Clean crockery may be supplied on a daily basis. However, please note that there is no stove. Outside there is a mega master braai with table and chairs. You can also make use of the limited free Wi-Fi, communal swimming pool, and dedicated undercover parking.
The complex is safe with 24 hour security.
There is a minimum stay of one night throughout the year; and guests are required to stay for a minimum of four nights during peak periods.
Please note:
- Accommodation is available for a minimum of 7 nights stay per booking. Valid 16th of December till 3th of January.
