Farm New Horizons is a private farm with a single self-catering house with 3 bedrooms, ideal for families or a small group of friends and a Cottage that accommodates two people comfortably.
Just 7 kilometres outside Magaliesburg Town, the private house is hidden behind a sacred hill site with big rocks, indigenous bushes and trees.
Being a farm, you have some gravel road to travel on, but all vehicles reach the house following a slow speed and enjoying the scenic route.
Perfectly located for your getaway to the country where you can escape into a relaxed and undisturbed weekend in a natural environment with easy walks across the cut pathways of the grass lands with beautiful vistas to the Witwatersrand Mountains.
Fire up the wood-burning oven in the living room or the open fireplace in the studio for long winter evenings and rainy days. If you love a fire, remember to bring enough fire wood, for those chilly winter nights.
The three bedroom self-catering house features an open-plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with wood combustion fireplace. A cosy TV- Studio room (DSTV full Premium) with open wood fireplace. It is on Holiday Home package....activation only a phone call away. There is also a spacious covered patio with a view into a generous garden for the kids and pets to go wild. A boma outdoor fire place and of course, 22 hectares of outdoor space just for yourself.
The bedrooms:
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
- Bedroom 1 with ensuite bathroom (shower and bath), and king-size bed.
- Bedroom 2 with ensuite bathroom (bath only), and king-size bed.
- Bedroom 3 is an interlinking room with queen-size bed. This bedroom shares the bathroom with bedroom 1.
If you are looking for a relaxed weekend with family or friends in the middle of nature while still being close enough to Magaliesburg Town, this is your place to be.

We have a minimum stay of 2 nights. A spacious open plan modern designed cottage just for two. The bedroom upstairs with a king size bed. Downstairs we have a spacious lounge with a kitchen and dining area and a fireplace to warm those winter nights or rainy days.
A bathroom with an open plan shower. A beautiful view of our grasslands and open spaces where you can go on long relaxing walks.
