Waves is the name of the affordable & comfortably furnished Flatlet on the property at 37 Fraser Street, Sedgefield. Waves has a floor area of 51 m², consisting of a bedroom, bathroom & combined lounge, kitchen & dining room. Carport parking is accessed through a remote controlled gate.
Waves is furnished with all you will need for your stay in South Africa’s first Slow Town. Facilities are a 4-plate electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, digital safe, fully equipped kitchen, clean linen and towels, refrigerator/freezer, and a shady garden deck with braai facilities. Beach towels are not provided. The apartment has a full DSTV bouquet. Wi-Fi is provided. The unit is serviced weekly.
The Flatlet is equipped for two adults only. No provision has been allowed for children or pets. It is not wheelchair friendly.
Sedgefield has a temperate climate making it suitable to be visited at any time during the year.
We are ideally situated for you to explore the Garden Route with its’ exceptional beaches, nature reserves, and scenery. Here are some distances: George Airport 46.7km, George CBD 38.2km, Knysna CBD 25.2km, Wild Oats Saturday Market and Scarab Market 4.5km, Myoli Beach 2.5km, Swartvlei Beach 9.5km, and the Sedgefield Town Centre with Pick ’n Pay Spar and numerous shops and restaurants 2.1km.
Bookings will only be accepted for a minimum of three nights, with at least one weeks advance notice. Full payment via Electronic Funds Transfer is required to secure the booking. Full payment must be made once the booking is confirmed. Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
