Situated on a 65h working Farm and Game Park, on the foot of the Witzenberg Mountains, between the towns of Tulbagh and Ceres, lies Steenbok farm cottage – for the perfect authentic country experience. With all the facilities and amenities you need for a well-deserved break, this 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom cottage, will impress you with luxurious finishes and breath taking views of the Witzenberg Mountains.
In-Room facilities include: 1 full bathroom for rooms to share, 400TC Egyptian cotton bedding on each bed, indoor barbeque facilities, freestanding outdoor barbeque facilities, dishwasher, washing machine, towels, fynbos shower gel, shampoo and conditioner from Vindoux Spa in Tulbagh, tea, coffee, rusks & 250ml milk, one bag of wood – rest to purchase, 1 packet of firelighters, free standing fans during summer months, warm water bottles for each guest during winter months, DSTV with selected channels and free uncapped Wi-Fi.
Please note:
* Pet Policy: “Pets sleep on their beds, not ours” Whilst we warmly welcome your pets, please adhere to the following, as agreed upon at the time of confirmed booking. If the linen or scatter cushions or blankets are soiled to such an extent that it cannot be cleaned, this will be at the pet owners 'expense'. Damage due to chewing will also incur replacement/repair costs. These costs will be claimed after guests depart, once the property has been inspected. When walking your pets, they must be on a leash at all times. Do not leave your pets unattended for long periods of time, to prevent them from barking and disturbing other guests.
* The first bag of wood is complimentary, more to purchase per bag. Please deposit the money into the ‘honesty wooden box' on the microwave.
* Fynbos Shower gel, Shampoo and conditioner in the dispensers. Feel free to use. One block of dishwasher detergent per day stay. Dish washing liquid and sponges under kitchen zinc. Coffee, tea and sugar in containers in the kitchen, as well as 250ml milk and rusks. We supply towels.
* For stays longer than 4 nights, we do a complimentary house clean, and linen swap on the 5th day. Any damage to be disclosed to the owner.
* No music allowed.
