Amani Safari Camp has been cultivated to house guests in ultimate, understated bushveld style. The raw bush that surrounds the Camp gives it an authentic, isolated atmosphere, allowing visitors to escape the hustle and bustle of city life entirely.
The layout of this Camp is unique, comprising one house with a central living area and four en-suite bedrooms.
The beds can be made up as one king bed per room, or two single beds, and the spacious bathrooms feature opulent showers. Each bedroom has its own private entrance and large windows provide access to remarkable views of the Nature Reserve. The camp is self-catering and accommodates 8. The Klaserie riverbank separates the Camp from a frequently used watering hole, which lies adjacent to the extensive entertainment area and commonly attracts jackals, hyenas and elephants.
Each room is fitted with a ceiling fan and air-conditioner. The Camp is serviced daily, including cleaning, washing of dishes and making up the rooms. Wi-Fi is available, ensuring that guests remain connected if required.
The entertainment area consists of a sizeable deck, a large infinity pool, an open-air bar and a dining area. A boma provides ambience, and a lovely outdoor braai area. The thatched house is double volume and boasts a spacious open plan kitchen, lounge with a TV and DSTV, and dining area. Two guided game drives are included daily, scheduled at the guests’ leisure. Guides provide insight into the workings of the bushveld, the traits of the animals seen on the drive and the diverse terrain and plant life, varying from flat planes to rocky outcrops and hilly landscapes.
