Situated atop the trendy suburb of Knysna Heights, Moncrieff Manor offers unrivaled views of the Knysna lagoon, town and the magnificent Knysna Heads.
This heavenly view transforms with the ever-changing colours of the Knysna lagoon, inviting you to forget the stresses and demands of the daily grind as you enjoy the beauty of Knysna.
All B&B rooms feature: free Wi-Fi, excellent quality bedding, luxurious tea/coffee station, microwave oven, fridge/mini bar, hairdryer, bouquet satellite television, device charging points, block out curtains, and stunning views.
Upon entering the stately manor house, a sweeping blackwood staircase leads you to a communal lounge area, dining room and stunning yellow wood bar where guests are welcome to enjoy their own drinks. The large patio is the ideal place to enjoy a pre-dinner sundowner while taking in the inspiring view of the lagoon, town and Knysna Heads. Relaxing loungers on the patio make for the perfect sunbathing experience. Moncrieff Manor is proud of its policy of supporting local business and charitable organisations as far possible. Fresh produce for Betsie’s continental and English breakfasts are sourced locally and all recent renovations were expertly executed by local craftsmen. The new beds were made by the local branch of the Epilepsy Foundation of South Africa’s workshop. Water saving protocols include the installation of showers in most of our rooms and initiating water saving procedures wherever possible. Guests enjoy safe, off-street parking.
