This modern guest house was established by Willem Grobbelaar and is situated near to the N1 (1.3km), in the suburb of Universitas Ridge, Bloemfontein. All shopping malls, hospitals and sport stadiums are within 5km.
With three different units, one can be assured of a tranquil stay, feeling like you are at home.
The self-catering unit with a fully equipped kitchen is ideal for a family or group staying over for a few days. All units are equipped with an alarm system with safe parking.
A swimming pool and braai facility is on site available for those relaxing days. Continental breakfast will be served on request. Come and enjoy the hospitality of the Free State.
Terms and Conditions
• Prices include any levies and are all quoted per room per day.
• All rates are subject to change. Confirmed reservations will always be honoured at the confirmed rates.
Any changes will be notified.
• Unless agreed upon in writing, prepayment for accommodation bookings is assumed.
Deposits and payments are not refundable if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the reserved arrival date.
All reservations and cancellations to be in writing by e-mail.
• A 50% cancellation fee will apply on full booking should cancellation occur between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival.
• A 100% cancellation fee will apply on full booking should cancellation occur in less than 15 days prior to arrival.
• All deposits and payments refunded is subject to a 20% handling fee
• Cancellation fees apply irrespective whether the required deposits have been paid
