Penthouse sleeps 2 adults
Sea-facing Apartment sleeps 2 adults
Sea-facing Bedsitter - sleeps 2 adults
Pool-facing Bedsitter - sleeps 2 adults
5 minute walking distance to the beach.
All accommodations are self - catering plus barbecues.
30 minutes from central Cape Town, 45 minutes from Cape Town International Airport.
The accommodations/facilities are for the exclusive use of the tenant/no visitors.
The apartments will be serviced once/twice a week during your stay& the bedsitters will be serviced once a week.
Kindly leave the apartment in a reasonable clean condition on day of departure.
Whilst every precaution has been taken to ensure the safety of the occupants of the apartment. Owners will not be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury sustained.
