This spacious state-of-the-art double-storey villa is situated amongst the greens and fairways of the Pezula Golf Course just above the Knysna Heads.
The villa’s entire upper level is a grand open-plan living area, incorporating the lounge, dining room and kitchen.
The views are incredible and the use of glass in the design allows for lots of sunlight and gives the whole house an airy open feel.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave.
Accommodation is downstairs in four twin-bedded bedrooms which all have a private toilet, basin and shower, one has a bath, and all have doors opening out onto the swimming pool and deck.
The outdoor barbeque/braai area and dining facilities are located around the swimming pool and can be enjoyed both in the day and night, alternatively in winter there is a huge indoor fireplace.
Activities on the private estate (only 2 minutes drive) include tennis courts, children’s play area, hiking trails and bird watching or guests can enjoy a drink or meal at the Pezula Hotel.
Golf lovers can enjoy a round of golf at special discounted rates all year round. The town of Knysna is a 5 minute drive away and to the nearest beach, about 10 minutes.
A manageress is on call 24 hours a day for emergencies, queries and special requests.
Other services provided are restaurant bookings, tours, transfers, car hire and general tourism advice.

Description: All rooms have doors opening onto a balcony or garden and their own bathroom. There is an option to have 2 single beds or 1 kingsize bed in each room. Extra beds can be made up for children in some of the rooms.

"My villa was 'White 18'. There are beautiful views of the golf course from all usable rooms of this villa. I loved the space in the rooms. The house keepers kept our villa clean throughout our five day stay.
The kitchen can do with the operating manual for the oven, we could not get it to work.

I was a bit sceptical as I booked a little later where most of the places had been taken. But I was pleasantly surprised with the level of comfort. My wife and kids loved it.
