Sunnyside Guesthouse is ideally located in Parsons Hill, in the Greenacres area, just a few minutes’ walk from the Greenacres Shopping Mall and Greenacres Hospital.

We offer 1 and 2 bedroomed self-catering units.
The facilities offer private, spacious, quality accommodation, perfectly suitable for corporate clients, families, sports teams and tourists.
Dinners and continental breakfasts are also available at an additional cost.
Each unit has an open plan lounge/kitchenette area with single or double sleeping couches. All of our units are equipped with flat screen televisions and DSTV satellite decoders with Multi-choice B'n B/Hotel Bouquet. The kitchenettes are well equipped where light meals can be prepared.
Pool and braai facilities are available in the pretty garden with safe, off street parking.
Our visitors will not be left without water and lighting during your stay as we have an onsite borehole to take care of your water requirements as well as solar power when there is load shedding.

The Sunrise Suite is a family suite with the main bedroom having a king size bed (or 2 singles) and full ensuite bathroom - extra-large shower, separate bath, toilet and basin. Glass sliding doors open the main bedroom onto the garden and braai area.
The 2nd bedroom is separated from the open plan lounge and kitchenette area by a low dividing wall and contains 2 ¾ beds for the 3rd and 4th guests.
There is also a sleeper couch in the open plan lounge area for the 5th guest (juniors only). There is a well-equipped kitchenette, where light meals can be prepared, and a 2nd bathroom - shower, basin and toilet. Both sliding doors protected with Trellidor security gates. A flat screen television offering the DSTV B'nB and hotel bouquet.

As it was the Christmas period we all arrived to Father Christmas teddy's on our beds and some other decorations placed around the unit. On our return in the evening the unit was welcoming with the TV's on and lights were on. The beds were amazing and the linen/towels of a very high quality. The staff were friendly and serviced our unit every day leaving it very "fresh". I would like to thank Audrey and her husband very much for our stay in their home away from home. We will be back and we will definitely recommend your guesthouse. "
