Vido Lodge and Conference Centre is situated 10 km from Polokwane CBD along R521 Dendron Road.
The lodge is situated on a 7.3 hectare plot with 25 ensuite luxury rooms with TV’s with DSTV access and bar fridges, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hairdryers, ensuite bathrooms, toiletries, electronic safes in rooms, tea and coffee-making facilities and 24 hour security and also electrified brick wall all round.
We have 12 ensuite luxurious rooms comfortable and stylishly decorated, all with queen-size beds, 5 self-catering rooms, 5 family rooms, 2 Executive rooms and 1 Presidential suite which offers a lounge, big corner bath and relaxing Jacuzzi.
We have various conference facilities for your event, including weddings, shows, exhibitions, launches, gala events, team building and meetings all conveniently on one site. We range from private Lapa Boardroom which comfortably seats 20 people, Light Conference Hall which seats 250 delegates and Mothema Conference Hall that seats 500 delegates with 3 breakaways sessions boardrooms which host 20 to 60 guest. Our conference facilities are equipped with multimedia projectors, air conditioning, sound, screens and flip charts.
The lodge has a cocktail bar which can service the conference halls and we have a swimming pool, a double storey deck which is the perfect setting for a quiet drink after a hectic day at the office and can also be used for functions and accommodate 60 people, and also have the Nakampe Braai area. Vido lodge boasts of its venue for intimate weddings and the perfect venue for the most romantic wedding photos with the Garden of Life and beautiful, lush gardens where open-air functions can be catered for.
We have a restaurant on site which offers a warm, unpretentious atmosphere were guests can unwind after a long meeting in the communal lounge or at the restaurant with the selection of delicious meals will be sure to cater to every palate.
The lodge is just a short distance away from the city centre where guests will be able to explore the many town attractions on offer. Lodge offers a free courtesy mini bus shuttle service to and from shopping malls, airports, bus stations and sports stadiums on request. We have a standby generators on site in case of power failures.
